Please click on the application link below and fill out the forms, which is basically consent to mentor and a few questions regarding your daughter. Mentee Eligibility Requirements:
- Be 12–19 years old
- Demonstrate a desire to participate in the program and be willing to abide by all Girls Like You mentor program policies and procedures
- Behavior Challenges that are affecting key areas
- Be able to obtain parental/guardian permission and ongoing support for participation in the program
- Agree to a min one-year commitment to the program
- Commit to Sister Time (Face to Face Activity) min once a month
- Commit to doing Weekly Check Ins (Communicate with the Mentee Weekly)
- Complete screening procedure
- Agree to attend mentee trainings as required
